This is my first time updating this blog through my new phone. Feels kinda weird.
What’s weirder is the fact that I was homebound yesterday and it looks like that as well today. It’s Saturday and I’m loafting around at home! Haha.
My tolerance with this driver license suspension drama has been stretched to amazing miles I did not know existed.
Even if I COULD drive, I can’t spend much money anyway cuz I’m going to Dominican in May.
Oh the importance of being idle.

I finally got my dream phone; a Blackberry Curve 8320!

I was leaning towards Blackberry Bold because it was on promotion during the holidays last year (it was selling for $150 only!) and idiotically I ignored it. I thought Bold looked masculine. Price was awesome though.

8320 is surprisingly light, nice big screen, LOVE the keyboard, access to internet (Facebooking at work which I’m trying to avoid anyway Haha), Wi-Fi capability, Blackberry Messenger, nice picture quality, and all them snazzy features like memopad, calendar, voice recorder; the mini luxuries I didn’t have with a RAZR.

I have to watch out my use of internet though. There’s a limit after 2 MB. Unfortunately I don’t even know how big 2 MB of data is. I shall now try to minimize, or if possible, annihiliate my use of text, because I tend to go overboard with it. Just last month it cost me an extra $12 just for texting! I would have paid measly $40 for my bill if I hadn’t went crazy texting with my Meantime Boy.

Let’s see what kind of adventures are in store for me with this shiny new toy.

I call this baby Curve: Marilyn.

(Well you know I might as well name it. I named my car Diego. If I ever upgrade this Curve to a Bold, I will have to name it Ara Mina)

Remember this entry?

Well surprise surprise.

My driver’s license is now suspended for a month because of the violation I did back in February (novice driver driving with alcohol in the system). It came as a whopping surprise, for I had no idea how the rules went. I had to surrender my sweet innocent license to the ministry this morning, I had such a hard time parting ways.

What a sweet sweet way to learn a lesson. But me?, a sweet innocent citizen of Mississauga? There are so many assholes and road offenders out there that actually get away with everything they do as they please.

Sweet, wrong justice.

To add cherry on top of it all, on one of my last dying days of still being able to drive, someone reversed INTO my car as I was looking for a parking spot in a Chinese grocery store.

Sweet, wrong timing.

Thank god the person who rammed her car into mine is actually nice and willing to take responsibility. After I got a damage estimation from a bodyshop, the costs to repair the door totalled to a hefty $945. Let’s see if she’ll still be nice and actually pay me up.

2009, when will you finally be good to me? 2008 was fabulous, but you, you keep knocking me down.
